Helio Up undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Helio Up will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not match reality, or some data has been omitted.
The request made will be delivered within a minimum period of 24 hours from Monday to Friday from the confirmation of the same. Keep in mind that if the order is required for Friday or Saturday, it must be requested at least 8 days in advance and will be subject to confirmation depending on delivery availability.
